1992- ZHIYUN was founded on Nov.29,1992 as Dalian Zhiyun Machine Tool Auxiliary Machine Development Company.
1999-The name of company changed to Dalian Zhiyun Machine Tool Auxiliary Machine Co.,Ltd.
2008-ZHIYUN became a stock enterprise and the name changed to Dalian Zhiyun Automation Co.,Ltd.
2010-ZHIYUN went on public on Shenzhen Stock Exchange Gem Listing on July,28 2010.
